What we collect
- Account: mobile number, player name, date of birth and state of residence.
- Game and fair-play data: scores, tap timing, tap position and pointer details, device identifier (a cookie), IP address and approximate location. We use this to score games, keep one account per person, and detect cheating.
- Winners: legal name, address, government ID verification result and tax forms, collected only when you win.
- Ads: our ad partners (such as Google) use cookies and device identifiers to show and measure ads.
How we use it
To run the game and promotions, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, pay prizes, comply with law, and show ads. We don't sell your phone number or contact details.
Service providers
SMS verification (Twilio), bot protection (Cloudflare), hosting and database providers, ad networks, and identity verification for winners.
Retention
Fair-play data is kept for up to 2 years; winner records as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, except records we must keep.
Your rights
Depending on your state (including California), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. Email support@thebiggestgameever.com. We won't discriminate against you for using these rights.

Children
TBGE is for adults only. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
