2. Two separate promotions

TBGE runs two promotions under these rules: (a) the Jackpot Sweepstakes, a random drawing among entries; and (b) the High Score Contests, daily, weekly and monthly contests decided by game score (skill). Watching or clicking ads never earns entries, points or any advantage.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry, and who are physically located in an eligible state when they play. Employees of Sponsor, its advertisers and agencies, and their immediate families and household members are not eligible. Residents of excluded states may play the game but cannot earn entries or win prizes. Limit one account per person. You must use your own mobile phone number. Accounts using another person's number, an internet or app-based number, or more than one account per person will be closed and all entries and prizes forfeited.

4. Promotion Period

The Jackpot Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on [START DATE] and runs in cycles. Each cycle ends when the jackpot balance shown on the site reaches $1,000,000 (the "Target"), or at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on [OUTSIDE END DATE], whichever comes first. A new cycle begins the day after each drawing. Sponsor's computer is the official clock. Each game day runs from 12:00:00 a.m. to 11:59:59 p.m. PT.

5. How to enter the Jackpot Sweepstakes

1. Play. Create a free account, verify your mobile number, and complete the day's game. Each completed daily game earns entries based on your consecutive-day streak: days 1–7 earn 1 entry, days 8–14 earn 2, and days 15 and beyond earn 3. A daily score of 9,000 or higher earns 1 bonus entry (limit one per day). Players may play as many games as they like, but entries are earned only once per person per day, from their first completed game that day; additional games earn no entries.
2. Free entry by mail. See Free entry. Each valid mail-in request earns the same number of entries as a day of play at the streak level described there. Limit one mail-in request per person per day, each mailed separately.

Entries earned in a cycle count only toward that cycle's drawing. Games and entries under fair-play review count only once cleared. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.

6. The jackpot

The jackpot is funded by thirty percent (30%) of the estimated advertising revenue earned from game play. The balance on the site grows in real time from conservative estimates and is reconciled monthly to actual ad revenue received, which can move the balance up or down. Sponsor may add money to the jackpot at any time. The jackpot never decreases except through reconciliation, a corrected error, or a payout.

7. Jackpot drawing and prize

Within [7] days after the jackpot reaches the Target, Sponsor will randomly select one winning entry from all eligible entries received in that cycle, using a cryptographically secure random number generator. The record of each drawing (total entries, the random number and the winning position) is kept for audit. One (1) Grand Prize: $1,000,000 (Approximate Retail Value "ARV" $1,000,000), paid by [check or bank transfer] [in a single payment]. If the cycle ends on the outside end date before the Target is reached, the Grand Prize is the jackpot balance on that date. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. High Score Contests

Scores come only from completed games that pass fair-play review. Each player's highest score of the day counts. Daily contest: highest score that day; 1st place: $10 or, if greater, the Daily Pot, plus the daily trophy badge. The Daily Pot is ten percent (10%) of the estimated advertising revenue from games completed that day, as recorded by Sponsor's system at 11:59:59 p.m. PT; the amount is shown on the leaderboard during the day. Weekly and monthly leaderboards are shown for fun and carry no prize. Ties are broken by the smaller total distance from the targets measured in thousandths; if still tied, the prize amounts for the tied places are combined and split equally. Ineligible players are skipped and the next eligible player moves up.

9. Fair play

Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, emulators, modified software, multiple accounts, someone else's phone number, or any method that interferes with the game is prohibited. Sponsor checks tap timing, device and account signals and may review any game. Scores that fail review are removed. Sponsor may disqualify any person, void entries and scores, and withhold or recover prizes for any violation, in its sole discretion.

10. Winner verification

Potential winners are notified by text message and email and must, within [7] days, verify their identity with a government-issued photo ID, confirm eligibility, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where lawful) Publicity Release, plus an IRS Form W-9. All prizes are held at least 72 hours for review. Failure to respond or comply results in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.

11. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all taxes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for prizes totaling $600 or more in a calendar year and will withhold taxes where required by law.

12. General conditions

Prizes are not transferable; no substitution except by Sponsor if necessary. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and in that case may award prizes from eligible entries received before the problem. By entering, participants release Sponsor and its affiliates from liability for injury or loss related to the promotion or a prize, to the extent allowed by law.

13. Disputes

14. Privacy and winners list

Information collected is used as described in the Privacy Policy. For a list of winners, email support@thebiggestgameever.com with the subject "TBGE Winners" within 60 days after a drawing or contest period ends.
